Being in our 70s, it’s great having a ground-floor bedroom and bathroom. The main communal area is beautifully spacious and the long set of huge windows meant sitting at the huge table offered wonderful views of the fields. Also good on holiday to have one kitchen, eating and social area. Outside, the cottage is by a quiet lane and feels set on its own even though other cottages are nearby. The adjoined wild area was wonderful when our grandson enjoyed the tractor, so holds many happy memories still. Lots of wildlife, pheasants, green woodpeckers and much more, as well as farm animals. Fantastic Games room, especially for a teenager.
Probably best of all, close to the sea and beautiful, wild scenery so great walks quite near. A wonderful place to escape to after the very stressful year we’ve had.
