If you prefer, then please do call us to make your booking – then you can talk through any special requirements and check that the cottage and dates that you want are available. The office is usually manned Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm but there is an answerphone if we are not around, so please do leave a message and we will get back to you as quickly as possible. Once agreed, we will can take the booking over the phone including payment of the initial deposit of 30%. The full amount will be due if you are booking within 8 weeks of your holiday.
We will email to acknowledge payment and you will receive full travelling instructions after you have paid your balance of hire charge.
Arrival and Departure (except Beach Hut):
Arrival and departure days are Fridays or Mondays.
Your cottage will be ready for you to take over at any time after 4pm at the start of your holiday. Please try not to arrive early, as time is needed to thoroughly clean the cottages as well as do any maintenance needed.
For the same reason, please note that you should leave your cottage by 10.00am on departure day. All our cottages are thoroughly cleaned between holidays. However, because only a limited period is available in which to clean cottages, we ask that you leave the cottage and its contents clean and tidy.
THE BEACH HUT: The Beach Hut has different arrival days and different arrival and departure times. Please check your booking confirmation for details.
In the event of cancellation by you at any time you become liable to pay the full amount of the total holiday cost, and so you are advised to make your own cancellation insurance arrangements.
